STACKING SEGMENTS worked in one piece. This quick-to-knit simple, using Arran weight yarn, is a contemporary statement scarf/wrap.
The undulating and self-pleating design is only worked in knit and purl stitches, framed by a moss-stitch border with rolled stocking stitch hems.
This is a great project to begin your knitting journey but also interesting enough for the more experienced knitter to enjoy.
The pattern is size-adaptable so can be knitted wider or longer. Light and easy to wear - knitted in 100% cotton.
I suggest you dry flat. Do not pull too rigorously, wet thoroughly, lie out on a towel to dry naturally.
Blocking is the process of wetting your final piece of knitting to set the finished size and even-out the stitches. You can use any surface to block your garments, just be sure that your knitted piece lies flat and fully dries so that its shape sets.
